Nutrition to Support the Body for Hormonal Balance, with Registered Holistic Nutritionist Ashika Lessani
Ashika Lessani gave up her job in dentistry to start up her business as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Life Coach, specializing in empowering, strengthening, and guiding women to see their potential through a multifaceted approach.
Her journey was never picture perfect, even when it appeared to be so. Unable to own her singularity or her inner truth, she lived for everyone else except herself. After a major life shift in her early 30’s she realized that she had been living her life to other people’s expectations and boundaries.
During this process, she has educated and surrounded herself with people and opportunities that allow her to become the most elevated and driven version of herself. Her purpose is to serve women to redesign their lives so they can create their own masterpiece.
In todays episode, we discuss the importance of nutrition, liver function, bowel movements and sleep hygiene to help support our body and to balance out our hormones.
